Our Team

Anthony B. DeWitt

Founder and CEO

Mr. DeWitt, Founder and CEO, is responsible for overall CGC executive management and corporate strategy. Mr. DeWitt as over 30 years of information systems consulting and project management experience with both federal government and private sector organizations. Mr. DeWitt possesses extensive experience in all phases of ERP e-Business Suite implementations, large and small-scale system implementations, including over 19 years of project management experience. Other areas of expertise include IT strategy development, data management, business process analysis, and business development and organization transformation.

Prior to establishing CGC, Mr. DeWitt held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting LLC, BearingPoint, KPMG LLP, Oracle Corporation, and Computer Sciences Corporation.

John J. Campbell

Corporate Business Development Manager

Mr. Campbell, Corporate Business Development Manager, has responsibility for overall growth and is responsible for driving the strategy and accelerating the growth and corporate development across the company's strategic business units.

Mr. Campbell, having joined CGC in 2010, has over 25 years of health-care consulting, financial services, and project management experience with both federal government and private sector organizations. Mr. Campbell possesses extensive experience in business operations and business development and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining CGC, Mr. Campbell held several senior positions with United Healthcare, and Fireman’s Fund Ins., and served in a variety of management and business development roles.

Quinn Keeler

Advisor

Mr. Keeler is a Technology and Service Management professional with extensive experience providing enterprise solutions to a wide range of private and public sector clients. He has significant experience selling and delivering large technology solutions for global commercial, and US Federal Government organizations, and a successful track record building consulting practices focused on large technology solutions. Mr. Keeler, of Keeler Consulting Services, LLC was formerly with IBM, Dell Federal Services, and Accenture.

Mr. Keeler’s specialties include ITIL, Testing Centers of Excellence, and technology solutions in both public and private industry.

Deepak Hathiramani

Advisor

Deepak Hathiramani is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of SteeleHarbour Capital Partners, a real estate investment management firm focused on middlemarket strategic equity, preferred equity, and debt investments with a primary focus on multifamily and office properties in high growth markets in the Southeast and MidAtlantic United States.

Prior to SteeleHarbour, Mr. Hathiramani was the founder of Vistronix Intelligence and Technology Solutions, a national security solutions provider until its recent acquisition by Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) Federal Holding Company in August 2016.   In the past, Mr. Hathiramani served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and president of Vistronix and was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committee.

Mr. Hathiramani has more than 25 years of experience with privately funded and venture-funded high-tech start-ups.  Prior to Vistronix, he worked with high-tech start-ups including Nx Networks (Netrix Corporation) through its Initial Public Offering and Cinnabar Software until its acquisition by publically traded KMW Systems.

Mr. Hathiramani received a B.A. (Cum Laude) in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. (Honors) in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Bombay, India.  He possesses a Diploma in Business Management and Industrial Administration and has completed several Business Executive Programs from the Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College.  Mr.  Hathiramani most recently completed a Certificate Program in Walkable Urban Real Estate Development at the George Washington University.

Mr. Hathiramani serves on the Advisory Board of Blue Delta Capital Partners, Aanika Bioscience, Mike Shane Memorial Fund, and several government contractors.  He is a member of George Mason University Foundation’s Board of Trustees, George Mason University President’s Innovation Advisory Council, and George Mason University’s Volgenau College of Engineering and Computing Advisory Board.  He also serves on The University of Texas at Austin Department of Computer Science Advisory Council, and the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Senior Advisory Board.  In the past, Mr. Hathiramani served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council (PSC).

Gary Ricketts

Mr. Ricketts is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Business Information Technology Solutions, (BITS). Mr. Ricketts was a principal leader in the emergence of ERP systems supporting the Federal Government. His teams implemented the first ERP Systems for the DoD in the early 2000’s. He has led teams in the implementation of Oracle and SAP ERP Applications.
